NAME: Denise Grimm

CERTIFICATIONS: Chorley (GSD) is certified in water HRD. Maverick (GSD) is certified in wilderness air scent. Tori (Rotti) is working toward her HRD certification.

Denise is President and one of the founding members of NJ Rescue & Recovery K-9 Unit. She has been a SAR dog handler since 1995. Chorley, Maverick and Tori are her second, third and fourth SAR dogs.

NAME: Laura LoPresti

BREED: German Shepherd
CERTIFICATIONS: Osa is certified in wilderness air scent and disaster. Takoda is working towards his wilderness air scent certification.

Laura is Vice-President and one of the founding members of NJ Rescue & Recovery K-9 Unit. She has been a SAR dog handler since 1997. Osa and Takoda are her second and third SAR dogs.

NAME: Donna Hreniuk

BREED: German Shepherd
CERTIFICATIONS: Sabre is working towards his HRD land certification.

Donna is Training Director and one of the founding members of NJ Rescue & Recovery K-9 Unit. She has been a SAR dog handler since 1989. Sabre is her third SAR dog.

NAME: Jennifer Michelson

CERTIFICATIONS: Griffin is working towards his wilderness air scent certification.

Jennifer has been with NJ Rescue & Recovery K-9 Unit since 2006.

NAME: Gene Grimshaw

BREED: German Shepherd
CERTIFICATIONS: Zoey is working towards her wilderness air scent certification.

Gene has been with NJ Rescue & Recovery K-9 Unit since 2006. He is Base Camp Operator in addition to being a dog handler. He is also an EMT.

NAME: Gylla MacGregor

CERTIFICATIONS: Dunja is working towards her wilderness air scent certification.

Gylla has been with NJ Rescue & Recovery K-9 Unit since January 2008.
